Under normal use, the flexible bristles on Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Body Man's Bristle Disc remain safely in place and can achieve the desired finish. Combining 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain with polymer bristles make this disc a good match for soft and hard metals alike. The springy and responsive design of the bristles helps prevent gouging of the substrate, but the sharp abrasive mineral and durable polymer blend will still cut efficiently. Operators may use our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Body Man's Bristle Disc on a versatile range of metals including aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron and stainless steel.

3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain Enhances Abrasive Cut Rate and Durability
The 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain that is used in our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Body Man's Bristle Disc is a unique aluminum oxide blend that's engineered to fracture frequently. Through a proprietary process, the grain is engineered to be tougher and harder than regular aluminum oxide, so it has enhanced cut-rate and durability. The fast and sharp cutting action of 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain alleviates the amount of manual pressure needed to efficiently abrade the surface. It's a great match for applications like cleaning, paint stripping and the removal of coatings, sealants and rust.

Roloc™ Attachment for Easy Disc and Tool Assembly
The small size and portability of our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Body Man's Bristle Disc makes it well suited for hard to-reach-areas. Additionally the 3M Roloc™ attachment and disc pad assembly makes changeouts between discs even easier. It locks securely with 1/2 turn on and 1/2 turn off. The 3M Roloc Disc Pad Assembly is designed to fit a variety of tools with or without collets or chucks and is ideal for use on right angle or straight shaft air tools.

Unlike conventional steel-wool abrasives, we designed our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Body Man's Bristle Disc with polymer bristles that contain no wire filaments. The radial layout and spacing between the bristles was purposefully engineered to maximize load resistance.
